I had an older residence and the wiring had been pretty cobbled up over the years with several electrical deficiencies, B&B was able to come in and resolve the problems quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate them leaving the work area cleaned up and presentable. Nice Job!!

Thumbtack automatically forwarded my request for a quote to B and B Electric- I received a text shortly after and was not thrilled by the response. If this is how to talk to possible customers out the gate/ I’m absolutely not interested in working with you. When I submitted my request on the app I noted it was not urgent and was looking for someone next week. I also apologized that it bothered him at 3am. But to respond and try to guilt me is inappropriate. I would have given the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe the 3am message was just sleepy/crabby but the message the next day did it for me.
