You can have your documents notarized from the comfort of your own home or office using video conferencing technology. This saves you time, money, and the stress of having to travel to a notary's office. It also offers flexibility in scheduling as I am available most times of day or night. I am fully licensed and qualified to perform notarizations remotely, and I take the necessary precautions to ensure the security and integrity of the notarization process. I am also licensed as a Loan Signing Agent. I do offer discounts for current and past military members, teachers and first responders.

Virginia was just amazing. She responded to me so quickly and was so nice. She was able to sign my documents the same day I contacted her and it was incredibly easy to be able to do it digitally with her. It was so convenient to be able to hope on the video call with her to verify information and sign the document with her. I cannot give her enough praise on her professionalism, punctuality, convenience and kindness. She will definitely be my go to Notary from now on!

Virginia contacted me almost instantly when I reached out to request a notary, and we were able to complete the process virtually in less than 20 minutes. I had never used a virtual notary before but it was easy to follow Virginia's instructions. (Briefly: You send her your paperwork directly, download an app she uses to verify your identity, do ID stuff in app when prompted, and then have a little Zoom-style call inside the app for the actual signing process....then the notarized file is released to you after you pay (I paid $35).) A notary at your bank or wherever is likely cheaper or maybe even free, but this is the way to go if you don't have time to get there and don't mind a modest payment. I will seek Virginia out again the next time I need a notary--quick, easy, and pleasant enough that it was almost FUN!
