They installed two lights for me. The first was completed without a problem. However, they damage my chandelier when they installed it. They had to return after the initial install because the strings were all tangled. (See photo) When they were untangling the string they damage my chandelier. Now two of the rings no longer work. The owner Paul Wright stated he would order a part and repair it. That was a month ago and he has yet to follow through. I’ve sent multiple messages to him and he has not replied. I am beyond disappointed.
