During my communication with this company, I shared the home had a dog smell from the previous tenants. I was told they had a solution they would add to get rid of the dog smell. Once on site, I was asked which room needed the treatment. I stated the entire house. I was told they only included the treatment in one room. After some discussion they offered to provide the treatment for the entire house. I was OK with the solution and figured is was just a mistake and they took care of the issue. But..... once they were done with the cleaning they called me to tell me they were done and they had provided the smell treatment in the entire home, except the stairs. They did not complete the stairs because it was not part of the quote. Please see what I asked for in my original text below. The carpet cleaning was fair at best and the house still smells like dog. I ended up hiring someone to finish the job properly. If felt like after they quoted me a price they were looking for a way to increase the cost. I will not be using them again.

Hi Jeff- I am sorry for the confusion. In the original quote, you did not specifically ask for the pet package. The quote that we supplied you was what you asked for as you did not mention in your original text that they were pet issues. Often when the Tax arrive, there are issues that were not mentioned when we offered the original quote. Had you simply reached out to us we would have come back and cleaned again, but you did not reach out. We stand by our work and your satisfaction 100% and you were refunded.
