- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I consider myself a professional and when it comes to a project I know what it takes to get things done to quality standards. You can trust me to take care of your home and and your home repair needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a phone appointment so I get to know about the project and give a ball park estimate over the phone. If necessary I'll set up a time to customers convenience to a free estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a formen for a hotel renovation team for 8 years. I've learned to handle tough tasks and built my resources to find solutions.
