It was a pleasure working with Donna & Jeff! I hired them to remove and replace the kitchen backsplash and install cabinet handles in the kitchen & bathrooms. I am extremely pleased with the work! Donna & Jeff are very personable, a hilarious couple and good people. It is important to them that their Customers are satisfied. The job was completed in 3 days as quoted and the price was acceptable. I would definitely recommend their work and have hired them to do another job in a few weeks. I don’t have any photos of the work, only videos of before & after and will try to upload them.

JSB completed my back splash for my kitchen. They are quick to respond, have reasonable rates, and provide excellent craftsmanship. I will utilize their services again for any tile work that I need done.

My kitchen, stairwell and loft looks amazing thanks to JSB Services! Jeff and Donna are extremely responsive and reliable, provide competitive pricing, and perform high quality work! I initially contacted them to get a quote to install a glass backsplash in my kitchen. Donna reached out to me the same day and Jeff came to my home the next day to provide me with a quote! Many of the other contractors that I contacted were hesitant to install a glass backsplash because glass tile can be more difficult to cut without the proper tools. However, Jeff was up to the challenge and wasn't intimidated by the job. Donna and Jeff worked together on the project, which helped them finish faster. I was blown away by Jeff's attention to detail and really appreciated their focus on making sure that I was completely satisfied with the work. I was so pleased with the backsplash that I also hired them to replace the wood spindles in my staircase and loft railing and replace the handrail in my stairwell. The finished product looks stunning and definitely helped to modernize my home. Not only do I receive tons of compliments about my kitchen, but I receive just as many compliments about the updates to my stairwell and loft. I highly recommend JSB Services and look forward to working with Jeff and Donna on future projects!

I had my stairs going to my basement replaced, stained and varnished. Just did a fantastic job and took his time when matching Golden Oak floor. When replacing my basement stair Jeff also noticed my staircasing going to the first floor needed to be repair also in which he reinforced perfectly. Regarding our ceramic tile he installed on our entryway and coat closet which looks great! At the end he installed the new staircase railing going to the basement he even custom cut it to fit perfectly. I highly recommend this company two others to use for their construction projects.

Jeff & Donna are phenomenal. They did an Amazing job on my back splash. Jeff attention to detail is like no other. These glass tiles were put up with precision & care. Don’t hesitate to hire them. You will be in great hands.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the time I will just base pricing upon how long I think the project will take X hourly rate and materials if applicable
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrange to meet with them to discuss their project and possibly suggest alternatives if applicable. I typically will make a material list and order materials. Usually materials are purchased by the homeowner so I dont need to collect money in advance to get jobs started.. Once materials are onsite ,I will get everything staged and unaffected areas protected. I typically try to make everything as painless as possible for the homeowner from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 yrs experience as a working commercial construction superintendent/carpenter building and renovating schools,post offices , city and county buildings and courthouses.. .and 17 yrs in residential construction and remodeling ex; framing drywall ,finishing,painting,doors,windows,siding,trim,flooring and much more.
