- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing for clients wishing to rent items from our inventory. For those wishing to utilize the expertise of our event stylist, pricing is really dependent on how intricate of a design our clients desire. We do our best to create beautiful designs for all price points and budgets. Pricing is very personalized and tailored for each of our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step we do in the process of working with a new client is to learn event date to ensure we are available and can give you the attention you deserve, and we ask for theme or color concept (it's ok if there isn't one yet!) Next we suggest a sit down meeting over coffee or new clients are welcome to visit us where we will set a personal showroom based on looks that appeal to our clients! In working with our clients budgets, we establish a design concept and supply a full quote for services. A 30% deposit is due at time of booking to hold the date with our team.
