FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As in anything, the cheapest, is not always the best. There is more to listing a home than snapping a few pics and putting a sign in yard. My marketing plan gets results!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think it's important to have a conversation so that I have a clear understanding of what is most important to you as the client. I am with my client every step of the way, and that does not end at closing. Should questions or issues arise, I am there for my clients, as I want to by your real estate resource, I want to be the Family Realtor that you can rely on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in Sociology and Political Science. I am Licensed in the state of Indiana, and own my Brokerage Firm. I have several designations, including Certified Negotiations Expert as well As Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification, E-Pro, and more. I am continually taking courses to keep my thumb on the pulse of Real Estate. However education comes in many forms, not just a formal education. Life has a way to teaching us things you can't learn from a book or class. I have owned rentals, and have flipped homes, so I am able to give an impartial perspective and guidance in these areas as well. Also I am an author on several books directly related to Real Estate. I suggest you put my expertise to work!
