- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 15% off to all military or first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From first contact, whether through Thumbtack, my site, Facebook or Instagram we begin getting to know one another. What you are looking for. What you want to achieve and how to go about that end result. Who will be included in your session, what you are wanting, in studio or on location. Then we set a date for your session and we get together and the fun begins. After you can look for your sneak peaks to your session on Facebook and usually you will receive images ( depending on the type of session) within 10-14 days. Then if you would like to sit down together and go over a print order I am always excited to do so or you may order from your online gallery in your pj's at home at your leisure. It is up to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I pride myself on keeping up and learning new techniques through other top world renowned photographers, online classes and seminars. I have taken 3 safety courses to make sure I am adhering to the strictest safety standards in the industry and assuring your precious baby is kept safe throughout your newborn session.
