- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on type (standard or deep) and frequency of the service. My initial estimate is a starting point, but I always schedule a FREE in-home consultation as the first step to ensure we are 100% aligned on your cleaning needs before finalizing a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up a FREE in-home consultation after you reach out, you will then receive a final estimate via our APP called square. Once you accept the estimate we will schedule your cleaning. You will then receive a confirmation text and reminders leading up to your scheduled cleaning. On the day of the cleaning my team will message you when they are on the way, when they start and when they finish cleaning your home. I will then check to ensure we have exceeded your cleaning expectations before sending over an invoice via the app. You can pay directly through the app via credit card or ACH.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team combined has over 40 years of cleaning experience in both commercial and residential cleaning.
