- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts with the basic package. There are a few factors that go into the pricing, including but not limited to distance, and lighting. Discounts are available for Military, Veterans, and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’d have a discovery call to understand the requirements and set expectations. We’d then discuss the equipment supplied and setup for the night. Finally we’d have a call one week prior to the event to go over final details and review any changes that may have occurred. On the day of the event we’d arrive 1 hr prior to the event and setup. We maintain the equipment and requests throughout the event, then we break down and remove equipment immediately after the event. We supply everything required for karaoke, you only bring your voices.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a former musician, I’ve always enjoyed getting together with friends and singing. A couple of years ago I started offering services to friends and family and it just grew from there.
