- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will receive contact from the customer, set an appointment and promptly arrive when scheduled. Then, upon arrival, I will address the customers primary concern, in addition to ask if there are any other concerns that would they would like free consultation on. After properly diagnosing customers primary concern, I will either make an immediate repair upon customer approval or within 24 hours will provide a quotation for follow up labor services needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started vocational training during high school, followed up with collegiate level vocational training, then went through a full apprenticeship program.
