- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Square Footage, Bedrooms, Bathrooms are our main pricing factors. We prefer to do in person estimates to help ensure we are 100% accurate on price. With this method we ensure the job is 100% done. Pricing by the hour can lead to a higher bill at the end of the clean or the house not being completed. We prefer to price by the home to ensure your satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak over the phone or text to set up an in person estimate. Do a 20–30-minute walk through to take notes, get a feel for the home, and price it out correctly. On the first clean the cleaners introduce themselves, get to know you, and complete the work. The work is then invoiced for payment. You will receive a text or phone call to follow up from the owners and a survey to ensure we completed it to your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaners have 2-10 years of experience. They are retrained every quarter on topics that have come from surveys, our cleaning 101 online training, and in home training. We have owner follow up on cleans each week to help ensure quality stay up even after months of being with us.
