- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment terms for residential customers: Invoices are due 14 days after the job has been completed. A down payment of 30% is required on all invoices over $1,000 and due 7 days before scheduled service date. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a time to take a look at your landscaping project with you and answer any questions you may have. Afterwards we will provide a detailed quote to your email for you to review.
