Decided to go with this guy based on the good reviews I had him do some electrical work as my home is pending on market and was asked to do some repairs (haven't had inspector take a look at their work)... As they were working, sounded like someone fell at a certain spot in the attic and messed up some drywall in my house. I asked him to see if he can get it fixed he said yes but then decided to not reply back. He seemed like a cool guy.. Careful who you hire.
