Steven was amazing! He was able to diagnose the issue with our wine fridge. He ordered the parts and came back to install them. Upon the fix, he identified one of the fans may not be functioning. He asked to wait 24 hours to ensure the fan was indeed not working. Indeed the fan was faulty and we needed a new one. Steven ordered the parts and came to install them. Now the wine fridge is working perfectly.
For the two times Steven was here working on our appliance, he always ensured the area and appliance was left clean.
Steven does use a translator on his phone to communicate appropriately. I did not find this an issue at all.

Steven came out and diagnosed the problem with our dryer right away. He went and got the part needed and came back the same day to install it. He showed up when he said he would, communicated along the way, and warrantied his fix for one month. I would definitely hire him again.

Steven was excellent to work with. He fixed the problem the same day. We arrived diagnosed in less than one hour, went and got the broken part, and fixed in an hour. I would highly recommend using him for any appliance repair!
