JSG Home Serivices is amazing. The total experience was great. From Karen scheduling the appointment to Steven arriving on time and providing quality work for a reasonable price. I made the dryer repair appointment from Texas for my elderly mother in Indianapolis. Karen and Steven communicated with me throughout the process and sent before and after pictures with invoice. They are truly a blessing. I will use them again!

Steven was very nice and professional, was on time (with a 2hr window) very respectful and left no mess when he was done. He repaired a water leak on my whirlpool refrigerator. Won't know the results if it's fixed for a few months. Overall I'm satisfied with the work.
