- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hopes are to start any interaction with a personal, consultative phone call. I am willing to give precise quotes after gathering specific information and I am also willing to negotiate to ensure I am staying competitive with the local market. While I'm sure I will never be the cheapest option, I can guarantee that there will be a 100% satisfaction each and every time given my expertise in this field.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, I would prefer to connect for a brief consultative phone call to ensure I am gathering all the important information upfront. I love to share my expertise to help educate others, even if that means coming to the conclusion that I am not the right person for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of professional and certified experience as a Notary Public in and for the state of Indiana. Over that time, I have notarized thousands of documents of all varieties. There is no document I am not familiar with or unable to confidently and thoroughly notarize. On top of my notary experience, I have a Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University in Business and am currently a full time employee in IT consulting for a Fortune 100 organization.
