- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free in-home estimates with no obligation and stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We need to evaluate the job and ask questions prior to giving a quote- we don't do any pre-notice about pricing anywhere.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to customer and ask what their repair needs are. If appropriate, we schedule a time for a free estimate. If we are able to confidently price , we will quote over the phone or the Thumbtack message.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of drywall Technicians are led by a Master Drywall Technician of 25+yrs. They go through extensive hands on daily training and mentorship that allows for growth and collaboration within the Patch Boy Family.
