Jackson Cleaning Services did a great job on my college house clean out and although I couldn’t be there they were very responsive to my roommates and me. Easy to communicate with.

I had been wanting to give my unfinished basement a good clean before I set up shop and Jackson Cleaning came in on time and did the job without hassle or fuss. They left me with a great start and smell!!!

The level of what I expected was not what was given. I paid for a deep cleaning at 95.00 per hour but the quality was not met. The best job was done in the master bedroom but other than that, the things I requested were not done. I gave some grace as the lady worker said, the other cleaner wasn’t feeling well and there were things she would want to do better. The downstairs floors were not even swept. Highly disappointed .

Horrible. They sent 2 young boys, red flag right away. They didn't bring their own supplies for a 350 charge. They were just wiping everything with paper towels. Nothing was cleaned properly, it was a huge waste of money. I complained and they said they dont care. Do not use this company if you want a clean house!

Thank you for your review, this is completely false. You started off with disrespecting the owner who is African American by ignoring him and treating him like he was less than you. Addressing them by their race saying the white one or the black one. Also using a false name which will be reported to thumbtack. We brought our own cleaning supplies and use one of your products. This is very sad that you would make up false things and try to have us clean for free on things that we went over with your wife. If we were a bad company you wouldn't have offered us to do the touch up cleaning for your Airbnb. Hopefully another company won't fall victim to your scam.
