- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Johna Denault Photography, we provide a full detailed photography estimate which reflects the total estimated cost of the full project including, travel, time, editing, website gallery and USB charges, this is to make sure our customers have a transparent and clear understanding of all the cost of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Photography may be different from other industries in a lot of ways, but there is one thing that almost every industry has in common: customer service. Creating a great experience for customers is especially important as a photographer because my clients will base their decision to book me again or recommend my photography services to others on the experience they had with me. First impressions are a big deal, so I try to respond to inquiries as soon as possible.
