- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at T&M every project is tailored to its own design based on a number of factors. A few examples to determine pricing would be the size of the project, the type of project, what you are looking for and any special request you may have. From start to finish we will communicate pricing, any updates or changes to the project will be communicated ahead. We have competitive but affordable rates & offer superior workmanship with the use of high quality materials. Estimates: All Estimates are free, we will email each client an estimate for their request within a 24 hour period. We will include all details of the scope of work, we can itemize the estimate with a breakdown of materials & labor. We want to ensure transparency and understanding of the work being performed with a detailed estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Standard+1 process for working with a new client(s) are: Initial Contact: On this platform if you direct pick us, it will notify us of your project request. We will reach out to you via phone call, text message & the messaging portion of thumbtack in a quick response time to ensure we have a chance to speak with you and you have the opportunity to work with a company set out different then the rest. Your Problem, Our Solution! B. Understanding the Scope of Work: We discuss the details of the project, the timeline, the budget or I will quote a ball park figure on the sport for most projects if you dont know a budget. We are experienced in this industry and can guide and lead you in the proper direction. C. Estimates: All Estimates are free, after viewing the project or pictures we will put together an estimate to send over to you. Once you have reviewed the estimate, if it makes sense to you, there is an approve button for you to accept us as your Preferred Contractor! D. Once approved we will schedule a projected start date, deliver materials near the start date and collect the deposit of the project.
