These guys were awesome, Plain and simple. Within less than an hour of inquiring I received a reply. They were out to my house within a day to assess my problem which was bats in my attic. They were informative and stayed in touch all throughout the process. After their initial inspection they gave me an extremely fair price relative to competitors' pricing and had the bat exclusion complete within a week. They also helped me to deal with my insurance company to get me a net zero out of pocket expense for services rendered. This is a father and son business, and as such the customer service and dedication to quality and customer satisfaction was impeccable. I have already actively referred them to other people I know dealing with animal control issues and I will continue to do so. I had an unwelcomed guest in my attic so I called around looking for anyone who could help. Ryan answered the first time I called and was able to follow me through the entire process. He was extremely helpful and thorough. The guest ended up being a possum, and he was caught merely 3 hours after he set the trap. My father and I are extremely pleased and will use his services again if ever needed in the future!
