FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very reasonable and affordable to all of our clients. We charge a flat fee, not a ridiculous hourly fee. In Addition, We offer payment plans and a fixed fee prior to beginning the work. No outrageous hourly fees, regardless of the amount of time it will take to complete the work, the fees will not change, no surprises. All of our clients will have access to the attorney's personal cell phone number to contact anytime for no charge. Most other attorneys will charge per text message, email or phone call. We don’t charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to schedule a phone call to discuss the specifics of the case, where the fees will be discussed. A free consultation will follow and if the client has questions, we will go over all the issues which may arise. We will also provide the client with an emailed transcript of the consultation, to review later. If the client chooses to retain our attorney, we will immediately begin working on the case. Attorney will keep the client informed and updated throughout the case.
