- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer an upfront and easy to understand hourly rate that does not change no matter what is involved with the move. Whether you're on the first floor or the 50th floor, our hourly rate will stay the same. We do not charge for mileage and drive time in between load and unload is included in the hourly rate. We do have a 2 hour minimum for all moves and charge accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out and have customers answer 10 basic questions about their move. These questions consist of basic information such as name, number, email as well as address(es) that we are servicing and item descriptions. We then ask if there are any questions or concerns. From there, if they would like to move forward with the booking process, we confirm the details via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our movers are formally trained with our mover training program. Our program is up to date with annual updates and each mover gets retrained with each update. Training consists of 2 8-hour days of comprehensive moving knowledge and experience. All movers are trained prior to going out on any moves so that you can be certain you are getting movers who are knowledgeable and equipped to do the job right.
