- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is based on the requirements of the job. A typical flyer or brochure costs $50 - $100 per project depending on the requirements and a standard WordPress site with a custom designed theme starts at $1500 depending on the requirements. We price based on the size and scope of the project and confirm the price and scope prior to starting the project. We do not bill extra time for meetings, travel or teleconferences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with clients begin with a preliminary meeting regarding the projects where the specific requirements and solutions are discussed. Then a formal proposal and work agreement is created detailing the scope and cost of the project. Next, preliminary designs and/or structure are created for review by the client. After revisions and client approval, the designs are then moved to the production phase. Once the project is created, it is sent to the client for review and final adjustments. Once the client has approved the final deliverables, the client is invoiced and we are available for support for up to a year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Visual Communication. I have been working in print and digital design for over 15 years in a number of capacities from a graphic designer in a print shop to an in-house designer for a marketing agency to Senior Designer at a Communications company.
