DILLON (Personal Training and Wellness Coach)
Hello Hello, over the years there have been a wide assortment of experiences that have led me up to this point. It all started in college high school had just come to an end and the next steps were very unclear. Had no idea what I was doing but loved to pretend to but then one day a local gym caught my eye and the manager and I sat down for an interview. Next thing you know they hire me on as a fitness manager running a small gym out in the Chicago suburbs. While working here I began to find a passion in fitness and found much fulfillment in the idea of helping others. As time went on it wasn't being a manager that got me to stay, more so as it was seeing what some of the trainers were doing. Seeing how passionate they were and the look on some of their clients faces just kind of called out to me, so I decided to start working towards becoming a personal trainer. Long story short after getting certified through NASM I began working at another company where I started my path as a personal trainer. After some time had passed I ended up leaving and moving out to Colorado to spend time in nature, pursue training, and to expand my education. After spending 4 years out there I moved back here to Chicago where I began to work independently as a free lance personal trainer. Since the return back here i've helped many people with weight loss, posture correction, strength, high intensity endurance training as well as an assortment of pain alleviating techniques that help those who were and are experiencing low back pain, knee pain, or any sort of problems along those lines. It has been a journey and some of the people i've met along the way have been absolutely amazing. Since i've begun ive only received positive feedback from each individual that has decided to work with me. Everyone who works with me always ends up having a great experience that they can use to enhance and improve their own! My compassion, understanding, empathy and care is what people have to look forward to, because health and fitness is about more than just getting in shape and losing weight but having a positive perspective and mindset that will help lead you to long term success.
