Sam is truly a jam and I'm so grateful that I found him. I had a list of things around my house including the installation of blackout curtains, shelves, lighting, and then the repair of cabinet doors, plumbing, and flooring. I was thoroughly impressed at the abilities of Sam and the speed at which he was able to get everything done. He was able to fix the hot water in my bathroom sink after 2 plumbers told me that it would be next to impossible to increase the hot water flow and that it would require getting deep into the piping of the building. I still do not know what Sam did but he was able to seemingly effortlessly restore the hot water flow instantaneously. Aside from the quality of his work Sam is also a very kind and professional guy that I felt very comfortable having in my space and he was super respectful of the space and asked for consent when moving into different areas or working on different things which was nice because most just don't even ask and act as if it's their space. He gave me a great deal and needless to say all of the positive aspects of working with him made it so that I will never seek another handyman ever again.
