If I could give less stars I would. Terrible communication, didn’t follow up when asked multiple times about winterizing sprinklers, up charge up charge up charge. Currently have a frozen over pond in my yard due to their ‘work’ I know it’s hard to find someone who handles sprinklers, but just keep looking.

Did not end up working with them. Their $125 upfront visit fee is steep and even for estimates. However they were responsive but with an attitude.

I hired the Hometown Sprinkler Repair Team to winterize my sprinkler system and I have all great things to say about them. First off, they were extremely professional and responsive early on and proactively offered multiple dates and times to perform the services. On the day of, they arrived on time and performed the services in a matter of minutes, staying behind to answer any questions I had. Great and solid company to hire. Will use this team in the spring to de-winterize my sprinkler system!
