- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For events of 4 people or more, I offer each a discount. Pricing can be discussed to better accommodate my clients budget and needs, depending on the event type and the amount of time it necessitates. First 10 miles of travel from zip code 60025 free then, $30 per additional 10 miles. To book for events of 3 people or more, a $50 deposit is required to secure the time and date, which is applied towards the makeup session. Client will be responsible for parking fees or reimbursement. One-on-one private makeup lessons (beginners to advanced) requires minimum 2 hours depending on student’s level. Student can attend in person at my location or I travel to location (travel fees may apply), also offer virtual class live.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After confirming the appointment with my client, I provide a survey so that I understand and accommodate the needs and preferences for the special occasion. I also ask my client to do a phone consultation before meeting to get to know them better, confirm last minute details, and create the look together that they desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have salon experience in makeup application for all types of events, and previously owned a salon. My continuous up-to-date research and hands-on makeup work as a freelancer gave me much diverse experience with all different skin types and tones.
