The first day two techs came out to examine the situation ,I was discouraged because I couldn’t get the work done that day and my wife had already taken that day off, but it was explained to me that they had to get approval for the part and once we got past that with my warranty company, the next day it was time to go to work, but the window time they gave me conflicted with my work schedule and my wife’s work schedule, but they adjusted that for me the customer which I thought was fantastic, all the techs were very professional very polite, the second tech was very understanding of my need for him to use the garage door entrance to go back-and-forth, after completing the job in record time, we settled in for the night, but there was a problem the ejection pump wouldn’t stop running. I called the Company that night and they adjusted the schedule again and came out the very next day and address the problem. The float was stuck, no extra charge, 3rd guy again very polite and understanding as well, answered all of my questions although I was on the phone away from home ,very courteous to my wife she said she felt safe every time I value them for that , problem resolved. We’re very satisfied with their work their prompt responses & punctuality and they’re willingness to adjust to our schedule not many companies will do that…. Jon reached out shortly after I listed the job and he immediately made me feel relieved after we chatted. He had Ron come out within a day to check everything out and the price was so fair I couldn’t say no. The 4 doors (interior, exterior, screen &garage door) and locks were installed seamlessly and they look so nice! Honestly, Ron was so professional and friendly and Jon is so quick to respond and the prices are so fair that I’m using them for another job next week. I wish I would’ve found them a couple years ago because they would have made all of my projects so stress free! I will absolutely use them first for any and all projects I have in the future.

Josh the plumber did a excellent job on replacing areas of some of my boiler pipe that were rusted and leaking. Josh was pleasant, on time, very polite and demonstrated top level skill in how he was determine to remove some old unions and connectors. I've had other plumbers thru another company for other work and they do not compare. Primary Maintenace was new to me and I highly recommend them. John is the manager. Allysa is the receptionist and both showed care and concern for my requests. Great job!!!!
