Jon reached out shortly after I listed the job and he immediately made me feel relieved after we chatted. He had Ron come out within a day to check everything out and the price was so fair I couldn’t say no. The 4 doors (interior, exterior, screen &garage door) and locks were installed seamlessly and they look so nice! Honestly, Ron was so professional and friendly and Jon is so quick to respond and the prices are so fair that I’m using them for another job next week. I wish I would’ve found them a couple years ago because they would have made all of my projects so stress free! I will absolutely use them first for any and all projects I have in the future.

I appreciated how communicative this company is! They called the day before the appointment (I screened the call), then followed up with a text to share the details of the appointment. They were scheduled to arrive on the same morning as Chicago's first snow of the season. They were clear about the delay they anticipated. The tech called when he was "24m away" and he arrived 23m later. The tech quickly and efficiently addressed the problem. He provided me with good guidance on maintenance and ways to prevent future issues.
