I was happy to find them. Most window company’s want to replace every single window, they don’t want to repair. But apex replace parts and a few glasses for us and everything seems to be working good now. I was afraid we would have to spend thousands which we don’t have at the moment, but they helped us feel more secure that now all of our windows are locking and working properly.

Enjoyed working with this medium sized company that has many different department in the company from making new windows to repairs. I would definitely know what you want done and then, give them a call to schedule an appointment. They did nice work and would be willing to work with them again.

Gave me a free quote, and all the details on what was wrong with my window and what needed to be done to fix it. TApex ordered the part for my Pella window, the latch was broken not working right. Price was cheaper than Pella and Apex did an amazing job fixing it, looks and works like new! A+++++ 5 Stars
