I recently hired Roland to help set up wired Ethernet access throughout my home after having fiber internet installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! My house was wired with CAT5e cables, but the phone jacks needed to be replaced with Ethernet jacks in 10 different rooms. Roland was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, handling everything from swapping out the jacks to installing the network switch seamlessly. Now, I have full Ethernet connectivity in every room, and the setup looks clean and professional. Highly recommend Roland for anyone needing networking work done!

I hired Roland from Smart Home to come and remove an existing outdoor security camera I had and replace it with the upgraded one that I purchased privately. My service provider (Vivint) would not agree to come and do it themselves since I didn’t purchase the equipment through them. Smart Home responded to my inquiry in a short amount of time and, once we agreed on services to be rendered, set a proper expectation of what to expect the day of the installation. The entire service was completed in less than an hour and included re-wiring and installation. Very professional and efficient. Would use them again if needed.

I had an older door that didn’t have a large enough hole to fit my Yale lock. I was worried it wouldn’t be able to have a smart lock, but Rolland assured me that they could drill a larger hole. They were also able to mount my smart doorbell for me. Team was quick, professional, and cleaned up after work was completed. I would hire again and recommend them to anyone.
