I went thru at least 4 different contractors to simply get a Oven/Microwave combo installed. Each contractor told me they could do the job, then backed out at the last minute. First Appliance responded on Thumbtack. I told them they'd need 2 workmen, because it was a heavy appliance. They had 2 professionals show up the day after they took the job. Their installers were very quick and completed the job in less than an hour. They took the old oven out to the street. There was no muss, no fuss, and the price was exactly as quoted. I would hire them again for future work, and happy I found them on Thumtack, since Angi's list also failed in this regard.

Best service ever! Issac was very professional and very honest. I sent him a request and got his response in 10 minutes. He came on time, pulled the stove out and did a thorough check to determine the problem. He has to order a part, he came back after couple of days to install the new part and cleaned all burners. I would definitely recommend Issac to other customers and also use him again for any appliance repairs.

Isaac from first appliance was so great- punctual and kept me informed through whole process. He helped me know where lines and where on breaker box the dishwasher was - had everything installed and working so fast and so friendly I felt like I knew him- will ALWAYS use Isaac - great friendly service experience and price so reasonable!

This is one of the best experiences that I have encountered regarding a repair. Isaac was the person who diagnosed and fixed the problem with my dryer. He was on time for the appointment as promised. He is personable, very thorough and provided me with enough information to explain the problem and what he would do to fix it. The time that he took to analyze the issue was very involved but he explained that he could not truly find repair the problem without a thorough review. I felt very comfortable with him as he explained the next steps should the issue reoccur. The fee was reasonable and I will be recommending this company as needed to friends and neighbors.
