FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On the first visit, a consult and evaluation will be performed to determine the health concern and the cause. Fee is anywhere from $0-57 depending on the complexity of the case. Service fees vary, depending on the specific service, and typically begin at $40. Treatment can include fire cupping, electrical stim/therapeutic ultrasound, acupuncture, hot stone therapy, mechanical traction, and adjustments/manipulation as well as Red Light Therapy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, a consult and evaluation must be performed in order to gain a thorough understanding of the patient’s clinical presentation. Imaging such as X-rays or lab analysis may be recommended (which are performed on site at a very reasonable cost). Once we have all of the “pieces of puzzle” in line, treatment can be implemented.
