- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discount for multiple visits on the same day. Reduced fees for over night care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give them complete understanding of my routine with dogs and communication methods with owners. Assure the client I have a back up walker ( husband ) so no need to worry about dog care. Show them references, give them business cards. Explain rate structure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA/ MA..... life with dogs.... common sense in spades.
