Frank was very thorough from the initial contact, explanation of the process, to working with Dominic on the job. It is not something you want to experience but they are so efficient, and completed in a timely manner removal of the black mold, we are relieved and moving to a clean, safe environment. We called, they responded immediately,and left the rooms in order with floors washed. Frank adjusted our bill for work anticipated but not necessary. We can recommend this company without reservation. Mold gone, breathing easy.

I entrusted this company with water damage and mold in my home. What a mistake. I am still unraveling the damage caused to my home and my health from their ignorance and incompetence. They failed to properly assess the water damage, told me that they would be using a negative air pressure machine in the containment, which they did not - resulting in blowing mold spores through the house. I have mold illness and this experience made me much worse. They advised me not to file a claim, and then the water kept returning that had been trapped under the floor. I am now using ServPro and it is a relief to have actual professionals helping me. I did finally have my claim accepted by the insurance company for over $22K in damage after explaining to them the nightmare that I have been through using this incompetent company. They tore up their invoice which was a wise move. Stay away from these people.
