- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Emergency Contact & Assessment When a customer calls, we gather details about the situation (water damage, fire damage, mold, etc.). We schedule an on-site inspection as soon as possible. 2. On-Site Inspection & Damage Assessment Our trained professionals arrive promptly to assess the damage. We identify the source of the problem (e.g., water leaks, fire damage, or mold growth). We discuss the extent of the damage and recommend a restoration plan. 3. Immediate Mitigation & Containment We take immediate steps to prevent further damage, such as water extraction, securing the property, or setting up containment areas for mold. If necessary, we work with insurance adjusters to document damages and streamline claims. 4. Cleanup & Restoration We use professional-grade equipment for water removal, drying, dehumidification, and air purification. Damaged materials are removed and replaced as needed. We conduct deep cleaning, deodorization, and sanitization to restore a safe environment. 5. Final Inspection & Customer Satisfaction Once restoration is complete, we do a final walkthrough with the customer. We ensure all work meets our high standards and the customer’s expectations. We assist with any necessary paperwork for insurance claims.
