A highly versatile master of his craft, and a true musician. I have nothing but high praise for Raul (a.k.a. DJ RECKLESS) after he brought our creative vision to life. Our wedding had a complex music program, consisting of several themed segments designed to honor the many nationalities, subcultures, and musical movements that were significant in our love story. One particular segment was made up of songs and genres from Ecuador, a category of music that was new to him at the time. Without any hesitation, Raul prepared accordingly, acquired all the new songs, and performed a seamless set as if he had been mixing those unfamiliar sounds and rhythms his whole life. He had the dancefloor absolutely brimming with non-stop movement and energy, and my guests from Ecuador remarked that he effectively teleported us to an Andes mountains festival during that hour. Later in the evening, we had a surprise special guest. Raul improvised an artfully dramatic entrance for our guest, complete with a hilarious walkout song which he then expertly transitioned, across genres, into the final segment of the night. As requested, he concluded the evening’s music program with an hour of relentlessly searing, high BPM, hard techno! The techno fans in attendance got to hear him play up the unique musicality of the genre, and the euphoria was so contagious that even those unfamiliar with the machine-like, industrial textures got a revitalizing second wind from the primal, steady thumping. I was super impressed by the layering, transitions and track selection. All in all, Raul proved to be adaptable, organized, and exceptionally creative. He went beyond the traditional duties of a wedding DJ, and truly collaborated with us to create an unforgettable and artistically rich experience. No matter how complex your music program will be, you will be happy to have contracted Raul, a DJ that respects and understands music the way it should be for such a special occasion.

DJ Reckless was great start to finish. From the very first time meeting him to go over everything the bride and groom wanted to the very end of the wedding. Very accommodating, organized, respectful and handled a little hiccup(on our end not his) with professionalism. Love his set up and everything he offers. Glad we chose him! We would definitely use him again for future events 👍🏻
