Igor did a wonderful job installing a new door from the garage to the house. The house is 50 years old and nothing is square so he had to adjust the installation as he went along. He still finished the hire in a reasonable amount of time and we are very happy with the result.

Ihor was great. He was able to complete our project of fixing the drywall where our baby gate hangs, even while working around having carpet installer. I highly recommend IFM Construction. I am having him draw up a quote for remodeling the downstairs bathroom.

If I could give a million stars to Igor, I would because 5 stars just doesn’t seem to be enough. Igor can “do it all” from painting and tiling to drywall and carpentry to wallpapering ; he is a one man show . Igor does it all very well and with the outmost professionalism. He is extremely thoughtful and asks questions to understand exactly what the homeowner wants. Igor is also a perfectionist; taking his time and doing an excellent job. Igor stayed late and arrived early to finish our bathroom remodel project in time for a family BBQ. We were beyond thrilled with his work and the outcome of the bathroom (see pics)!! We would not hesitate to hire Igor again and have recommended him to all of our friends and family. Hire Igor! You will not be disappointed!
