- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on the scope of work, size, and complexity of the project. We can discuss the project and some visuals will help me understand the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with clients at their home or project site to discuss the scope of the project. This allows me to visualize the new space and determine what makes the most sense for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in business for over 20 years, and have worked with architects, builders, and homeowners for over 30 years. I've built several homes from the ground up and been involved in the renovation or remodeling of many homes throughout my career.
