FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process kind of varies. It all depends on the current level of the client that walks through the door. However, everyone gets their first session for free. During that session, we discuss your goals in further detail, we cover injury/medical history, and sports background, etc. We also go over weight, body fat%, muscle%, visceral fat, and your resting metabolism! From there, I create a short 20 minute workout based on the info the client gives me, followed by stretching/foam rolling. And lastly, we go over scheduling.
