- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally thank a new client and/or congratulate a Bride-to-Be for their interest in working with Nancy Bautista. Every lead is different and once I know what service a new client is looking for (Bridal, Airbrush, Photoshoot etc), I will send my availability and a detailed list of my services, pricing etc. Once the details of services are confirmed and we move forward with said date, we will proceed with a written contact that will list date, time, location deposits and more. An itinerary will be discussed so the hairstylist and I have a seamless flow so we can finish in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught, but took a makeup certification training class to become a makeup artist. I have 12yrs of providing professional bridal makeup services and 11 years of airbrush makeup services. I completed the required hours for basic makeup artistry, proper sanitation, medical makeup application to get certified. I also took a separate, 8hour hands on training course for airbrush makeup application. I continue to take hands on training classes from other artist and celebrity makeup artist at trade shows, private events and online classes/courses.
