- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the size of the space, type of cleaning, and frequency of service. We offer discounts for regular clients (weekly or bi-weekly cleanings). There are no hidden fees — all costs are clearly discussed before we start. If any additional services are requested during the cleaning, we always confirm the price with the customer beforehand
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start with a brief consultation — either by phone or online — to understand their needs, the size of the space, and the type of cleaning required. Then we provide a clear quote and agree on a date and time that works best. On the day of service, our professional team arrives on time, brings all necessary equipment and cleaning supplies, and completes the job efficiently. After the cleaning, we follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied and discuss options for ongoing services if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in modern cleaning techniques, safe use of cleaning chemicals, and sanitation standards. We regularly undergo internal training to stay updated on best practices, especially for deep cleaning and disinfection. Many of our staff also have experience in hospitality and commercial cleaning, which ensures high standards of quality and attention to detail.
