FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to provide a clear and upfront estimate before any project begins. This helps avoid unexpected costs and ensures you understand what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer to understand their needs, goals, and expectations. This might be over the phone, via email, or in person if necessary. I then gather details on what they want to accomplish, their budget, and any specific concerns they might have. If a project requires it, I conduct a site visit to see the space and evaluate the work that needs to be done. This helps me provide a more accurate estimate and timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have 10 years of hands-on experience in this line of work. Throughout the past decade, I've honed my skills directly on job sites, gaining practical knowledge in all aspects of the trade. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the techniques and best practices needed to deliver high-quality results, along with the problem-solving skills that can only come from years of real-world application.
