Kyle is very personable and down to earth. I never feel like he’s talking to me sideways because I’m a girl. He never assumes I won’t understand something but he’s diligent in answering any questions I have. The Weatherproof Roofing team is a very pleasant group of people to work with overall. The guys that come out and do the work is always in a happy go lucky mood and they don’t leave a mess behind. Also, scheduling is easy, I always get to work with a person to get my appointments on the books AND invoices are sent digitally so I have a written scope of work and the option to pay digitally. I’ve work with Kyle and his team on more than one occasion. I was very pleased with their demo work, removal of my fireplace and chimney and roof repairs. I’ll definitely be working with Kyle and his team again and I’d recommend them to my friends and family too.
