Kim and her staff are absolutely amazing. She talks to you like you’re an old friend and takes the time to reassure you and answer any questions you have. She was very flexible with me leaving my home while she was cleaning and I knew I could trust that she and her wonderful staff would finish the job in my home alone. She is great at working around your schedule and fitting you in on short notice.
