Ivan was professional and pleasant from his arrival. What seemed like a simple "I want to hang these mirrors in my salon," turned into a task of trouble shooting and problem solving. Ivan stayed the course and did not get discouraged. He also hung a medicine cabinet for me that again proved to be more than expected. My drywalls needed extra security and support and Ivan had the know how to get the task done. He did not waste time or discourage me from what I wanted.
