Keith not only took the time to give a thorough response to gather what I needed, he went above and beyond to explain every aspect of my project. There is great value in his services and he was way under everyone else in terms of quotes but the quality of work was top notch. He explained his pricing and why things are priced they way it is and you never get the sense that he's trying to make a quick buck.
The project was to install an extension on a cast iron cleanout with a PVC extension and cap. Not only was he quick with the job, he told us the exact part that was needed and he did the job perfectly!

I had a Sunday afternoon backup of sewage in my basement floor drain. I called and spoke to Keith Jr., who made it by the same day within a couple hours. He talked me through the process and accurately quoted me the cost over the phone. A couple hours later, my sewage line was flowing again. He provided me with some long term solutions and estimates regarding the coming months/years so that I could begin planning for similar issues in the future. He was kind, patient, informative, and diligent considering I needed his services on a Sunday evening.
