I live in a high rise building in Evanston.We had an overflow from a sink in a service closet that flooded a carpeted interior main hallway.Nici was called, arrived in less than 90 minutes, extracted water, disinfected the carpet and left behind fans and a dehumidifier to complete the drying process.Responsive and professional.

We had an emergency plumbing situation on a Sunday night. Our building contacted Nici and I'm so glad they did as they were incredibly timely, responsive, and thorough. I absolutely recommend their cleaning and water restoration services.

Very easy to schedule, and they were very efficient and kind when I needed to reschedule. Got rid of a bad ink spot we had, and overall made everything look fresh and new. Highly recommend!
