- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge an hourly fee to ensure you're not paying more than you need to. Any extra hours left paid on our retainer can be rolled over to the next stage in your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have an initial call to understand what the client is looking for and their budget. If we can establish that a working relationship will be a good fit for both parties, we go ahead and set up a consultation with one of our designers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Harrington College of Design and have over ten years of experience working in the design industry. We also bring extensive experience in the construction industry helping us really understand how we can help acheive your dream space.
